• Accelerated Asset Depreciation Schedule
• Sale of Power and Renewable Energy Credits

Strong industry growth is expected over the next ten years as consumers move rapidly into diversifying their energy sources away from traditional fossil fuels. In addition, the federal government, along with numerous state and local governments, continue to create demand for renewable energy projects with substantial incentives and mandatory Renewable Portfolio Standards that are creating clear quotas for renewable energy production over the coming decade.

Renewable Ventures seeks to own and operate renewable power plants that use proven technology in order to minimize operating risk. The company works with a broad network of experienced developers to identify customers, sign power purchase agreements, and complete the construction of generation systems.

Renewable Ventures is currently focused on building out its Solar Asset Portfolio, however, will consider investments in the following types of opportunities in the 3-20 MW range:

• Biomass, including landfill gas and animal waste-to-energy projects
• Biofuel
